Job Description

The Senior Customer Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving marketing initiatives that generate leads, increase customer acquisition, and enhance customer loyalty. This role will partner with the regional Chief Commercial Officer and counterparts in Honeywell's Strategic Business Groups.

This role will impact the company's success by driving marketing outcomes for growth, tracking and reporting on campaign metrics, and ensuring regional operations adopt global design model standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, with a focus on strategic planning and execution, and a proven track record of developing and implementing successful demand generation marketing campaigns across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for Honeywell in Europe, ensuring alignment to regional priorities.
  • Drive regional marketing outcomes for growth, including tracking and reporting on campaign metrics and other KPIs.
  • Ensure regional operations adopt global design model standards.
  • Provide regional inputs to global standards and collaborate with cross-functional and cross-business teams to drive successful implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Develop targeted marketing plans to reach and engage the target audience.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed, managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful demand generation marketing campaigns across Europe.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work across all levels of seniority.
