Senior Customer Marketing Manager

The Senior Customer Marketing Manager, Europe, will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive business growth, increase brand awareness and drive demand across key High Scale Regions (HSRs). This Corporate role will partner with the regional Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for Honeywell Europe and counterparts in Honeywell's four Strategic Business Groups (SBGs).

In this role, you will impact the company's success by driving marketing initiatives that generate leads, increase customer acquisition, and enhance customer loyalty. You will have the opportunity to work on innovative projects and collaborate with a diverse team of professionals to achieve marketing objectives.

This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing for Europe & Global High Growth Regions.

Key requirements

  1. Execute on marketing strategies for Honeywell in Europe, ensuring alignment to regional priorities with the regional Chief Commercial Officer, SBG Marketing teams.
  2. Drive regional marketing outcomes for growth, including tracking and reporting on campaign metrics and other KPIs.
  3. Ensure regional operations are adopting/leveraging GDM (global design model) standards.
  4. Provide regional inputs to global standards and collaborate with cross-functional and cross-business teams to drive successful implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  5. Develop targeted marketing plans to reach and engage the target audience.
  6. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed, managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively.

Key skills and qualifications

  1. Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  2. Minimum of 12 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on strategic planning and execution
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and presentation skills
  4. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful demand generation marketing campaigns across Europe, with demonstrated measurement and results. Proven ability to develop and edit content for a variety of campaigns
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to work across all levels of seniority
