Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sector teams and clients to understand their unique challenges and opportunities, translating these into actionable AI strategies and solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Lead the end-to-end enablement of AI-driven solutions and services, from initial concept through deployment.
• Collaborate with teams in designing, programming, and deploying scalable machine learning models and data pipelines.
• Take ownership of experimental design, exploratory data analysis, and hypothesis testing to validate AI models and ensure their effectiveness in real-world scenarios.
• Identify and implement best practices in AI and data science, continuously improving the team's ability to deliver cutting-edge solutions on time and within scope.
• Support new business opportunities, guiding the proposal, execution, and delivery of AI projects.
• Act as the primary AI thought leader, playing a key role in shaping AI strategy and positioning the firm as a leader in AI-driven solutions.

Requirements:

• Advanced degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience in data science and machine learning (ML), with a strong track record of delivering AI solutions that scale in real-world applications.
• Proficiency in designing, optimising, and applying machine learning algorithms at scale.
• Strong skills in Python, R, or similar languages, with experience in building and deploying AI models using industry-standard frameworks (e.g., Tensor Flow, Py Torch).
• Experience in building and managing data pipelines at scale using relevant technologies.
• Expertise in data integration, API development, and delivering streaming services.
• Demonstrable ability to lead AI project lifecycles from concept to delivery, including client engagement, requirement gathering, model development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
