Senior Department Manager - Fashion Our client an iconic store in Dublin City Centre is seeking an experienced fashion manager. Known for their beautiful premium and high end brands across fashion, home and cosmetics this is a wonderful opportunity for a fashion savvy people manager who has excellent communication skills and a commercial mindset. As a Senior Manager, you will lead a team of 20-30, drive performance to meet KPI's and sales targets, and ensure exceptional customer service throughout the store. This role is most suited to an outgoing individual who excels at building relationships with both colleagues and customers. Qualifications/skills required: 3 years + fashion store management experience. Proven experience managing teams of 15+. Strong leadership and people management experience. Excellent communications skills. Exposure to P&L reporting and KPI driven. Genuine love and interest in fashion brands and retail. Key Responsibilities: Communicate sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis to relevant departments and managers. Ensure commercial and operational standards are delivered at all times and in line with company plan Monitor product lines and proactively pursue sales strategies to reach KPI's Build a safe space for team members to be heard to discuss issues and brainstorm ways to improve the workplace and department profitability Work closely with buying teams and senior leadership team on product success. Be proactive in identifying new business opportunities, through floor space, visual merchandising, product placement, knowledge, and trends.
