Job Description
Lead as a Senior Design Assurance Engineer in Medtronic’s Structural Heart Design Assurance Group.
A Day in the Life
As an extended team member, you will lead strategies for test method validations, design verification and shelf-life protocols/reports.
* Participate in the design process to ensure performance and safety of Structural Heart devices.
* Maintain expert knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements.
* Collaborate with departments to build strong partnerships.
* Provide Quality input into new product development, process improvements, and change control.
* Support cross-functional teams to design protocols for new products/product changes.
Key Skills & Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or relevant technical discipline.
* Minimum 4 years relevant experience in Medical Device product design.
* Proven leadership and team player skills.
* Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
* Fluency in English (writing and speaking).
* Flexibility to travel.
