Senior Design Coordinator - The Company: Our Client is a leading Construction Company that works with the Irish and UK construction industry. Many of their projects range between £50M- 400M, covering a variety of sectors from housing, commercial, Industrial, leisure and healthcare. The family run organisation have grown impressively throughout their 40+ year history while still maintaining a family led approach. They are a progressive employer that puts their staff at the heart of what they do. Due to continued growth and success they are seeking to appoint a Senior Design Coordinator to be involved with large value commercial projects throughout Dublin and Leinster Reporting to the Senior Design manager, the Design Coordinator will have the following: Knowledge of Building Sector. Previous employment as a Design Coordinator, architect, Architectural Technologist or Design Manager. Previous experience in major building sector projects such as Commercial, residential or Healthcare. Post-construction and Live Works experience. Detail conscious with good communication skills. Relevant industry qualification Experience and Qualifications: Applicants should be suitably qualified with a proven track record of experience in a similar role within the construction industry The successful candidate will have highly developed interpersonal and communications skills.
