Senior Device Design Engineer role at a Pharma and Medical Device company with a global portfolio of iconic brand-name products, generics, and other offerings across various therapeutic areas.
Job Description:
- Work in a multi-project design and development role, providing focused design input and development of technical specifications and functional designs of robust combination products.
- Create, review, and update detailed designs of components and assemblies, including documentation, specifications, bill of materials, 3D CAD models, and part and assembly drawings.
- Take a lead in problem-solving, identifying and mitigating risks within the design of combination products to control and minimize use-related, design-related, and process-related risks.
Requirements:
- First or upper second degree in mechanical engineering, product design, or equivalent.
- Excellent inter-personal skills and experience of working in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Strong time-management skills, able to navigate multiple projects and changing priorities.
- Demonstrable experience in preparing technical documentation for a regulated industry.
