Senior Digital Ic Layout Engineer Job In Limerick

Senior Digital Design Layout Engineer required for a leading Multinational Semiconductor Automotive Company in Limerick City, Ireland.

Develop new analog and/or RF functions for automotive radar applications in advanced technology nodes.

Contribute to the next generation of radar sensors used in cars.

Key Responsibilities:

• Timely and functional delivery of assigned circuit block for an overall ASIC project.
• Develop new circuit concepts and implementations.
• Cooperate with internal IC layout, CAD, and design experts.
• Support internal experts for reliable and robust implementation and verification of circuit.
• Work within an analog/mixed-signal design team and interact with other engineers across the EU.
• Create layout documentation and reports.
• Host layout reviews of circuit blocks.

Requirements:

• At least 5+ years' experience as an IC Layout Engineer.
• Layout experience with analog and digital circuits on advanced CMOS technology nodes.
• Very good spoken and written English skills.
• BSEE or equivalent with a focus on microelectronics.
