Job Description
Develop new analog and/or RF functions for automotive radar applications in advanced technology nodes. Contribute to the next generation of radar sensors used in cars of tomorrow.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver assigned circuit block for ASIC project on time and functionally.
- Develop new circuit concepts and implementations.
- Collaborate with internal IC layout, CAD, and design experts.
- Support internal experts for reliable and robust circuit implementation and verification.
- Create layout documentation and reports.
- Host layout reviews of circuit blocks.
Requirements:
- 5+ years' experience as IC Layout Engineer.
- Layout experience with analog and digital circuits on advanced CMOS technology nodes.
- Very good spoken and written English skills.
Education: BSEE or equivalent with a focus on microelectronics.
