Job Description
Drive the BPO Management strategy for end-to-end Record-to-Report accounting operations, oversee external BPO partner, and lead finance initiatives. Manage global GL function, BPO daily operations, and establish SLAs. Collaborate with BPO team and business partners to improve process design and resolve issues.
