Jazz is headquartered in Dublin, Ireland and has employees around the globe, serving patients in nearly 75 countries.The Senior Director for BPO Management will spearhead our Accounting Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) strategy, driving excellence in overseeing and optimizing the activities within our external BPO partner.
This person will partner closely with the VP Finance and various members of the Finance senior leadership team to drive CFO organization and company initiatives.
ResponsibilitiesOversee BPO daily operations (across RTR, Accounts Payable and Order to Cash towers), analyzing key performance reporting with BPO leadership and determining course corrections when required.
Establish and monitor BPO service levels and ensure adherence to agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Act as a collaboration point to the BPO team to continuously improve process design focusing on simplification, standardization, quality improvement and cost minimization.
Accounting lead for all RTR matters, collaborating with cross-functional business partners to resolve issues, identify continuous improvement opportunities to drive industry leading operational and reporting excellence.
Evaluate best practices with global peers to elevate overall financial operations to new standards of excellence and become best practice sponsor.
Identify and assess financial risks associated with BPO operations, implementing proactive measures to mitigate potential challenges.Oversee and ensure application of the Company's finance policies and procedures and internal controls in accordance with US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley.
Lead all RTR related human resources initiatives; budgeting for staff/resource expenses; coaching and mentoring, to create an attractive proposition for employees and external hires.
Utilize advanced accounting knowledge to drive excellence in project execution, encompassing process enhancements, system implementations, and compliance initiatives.Provide strong leadership to the team involved in various finance projects, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results-driven project management.
Partner with internal and external auditors and advisors.Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders; consultative and collaborative style that allows for influence without authority.
Strong communication and presentation skills and a demonstrated track record of working effectively with senior level executives.Ability to clearly assess complex issues, communicate them in a clear and concise manner, and develop appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
Technologically proficient, especially with Excel and other Microsoft Office Applications.
