Seeking a visionary Chief Product Officer to lead product management team and define product strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

About the Role:
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with the company's mission and goals.
- Identify market opportunities and define product roadmaps to meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Work alongside UK and corporate strategy teams on organic and inorganic growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a cross-functional team of product managers, product owners and product designers.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to inform product development.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including planning, development, testing and iteration.
- Ensure best in class user perception for all products and drive NPS through product and solution excellence.
- Work closely with executive leadership, sales, marketing, engineering and customer support teams to align product initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven previous experience in product management leadership role.
- Proven experience in developing and launching successful software products working using SAFe or equivalent agile methodologies.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
