Seeking a Senior Director, People & Culture to lead people operations and recruiting functions.

The individual will support employees, enhance the employee experience, and enable the team to deliver on strategic initiatives.

Leading a team of 12, the Senior Director, People & Culture plays a pivotal role in steering the company's people strategy and cultural initiatives across global offices.

Responsible for leading international people operations across various hubs, refining global People strategies, and acting as the People Strategy advisor to Foxit's executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and refine global HR strategies encompassing talent acquisition, employee engagement, talent development, and retention.
  • Craft and implement policies and initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
  • Oversee comprehensive compensation and benefits plans to attract and retain top talent.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to effectively serve employee needs and support company objectives.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing insightful HR guidance and recommendations.
  • Drive the development and delivery of leadership and employee development programs.
  • Foster a high-performance culture through the creation and implementation of effective talent management strategies.
  • Collaborate with COO and other executive leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to employment.
  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives, guiding team members through transitions and ensuring effective change management strategies are in place.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master's degree or relevant certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a global tech or SaaS company.
  • Experience in implementing HRIS solution is an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, industry trends, and employment legislation in the US and Ireland.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing successful HR strategies in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
