Job Description

Seeking a highly experienced Senior Administrator to manage office administration, systems, and procedures in a fast-paced construction environment.

Our client, a well-established construction organisation, requires a proactive and highly organised individual to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth management of various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to management, commercial, site liaison, and office teams
  • Manage company administration, systems, and procedures
  • Oversee Office Support, Business Management, Site Support, Tenders, Fleet Management, Employee Training, Health & Safety, and Sub-Contractors Document Control
  • Maintain clear communication with various departments to drive efficiency and quality

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 3/4 years experience in senior office administration
  • Experience in construction is essential
  • Exceptional organisational, problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Knowledge of Quality and/or Health & Safety systems is advantageous
