Job Description
As a Senior Document Controller, you will play a pivotal role in our business operations, project development, and implementation processes. You will work closely with the Group Quality Manager and a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to deliver cutting-edge projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Document Control support to the Group Quality Team.
- Maintain the Quality Management System and document and data systems for the current versions of ISO.
- Register and maintain Management System documents in the Group's electronic document management system.
- Draft processes, procedures, and work instructions in English on behalf of the Group Quality subject matter experts for review and approval.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role in document control and record management.
- Degree qualified.
- Possess good knowledge in document control and management processes, standards, and ISO standards.
- Excellent IT skills essential.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English with good written grammar.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail essential.
- Ability to multi-task and work well under strict deadlines.
