Job Description

As a Senior Document Controller, you will play a pivotal role in our business operations, project development, and implementation processes. You will work closely with the Group Quality Manager and a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to deliver cutting-edge projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide Document Control support to the Group Quality Team.
  • Maintain the Quality Management System and document and data systems for the current versions of ISO.
  • Register and maintain Management System documents in the Group's electronic document management system.
  • Draft processes, procedures, and work instructions in English on behalf of the Group Quality subject matter experts for review and approval.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role in document control and record management.
  • Degree qualified.
  • Possess good knowledge in document control and management processes, standards, and ISO standards.
  • Excellent IT skills essential.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in English with good written grammar.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail essential.
  • Ability to multi-task and work well under strict deadlines.
