Seeking a highly experienced Senior Administrator to manage office administration, systems, and procedures in a fast-paced construction environment.

Our client, a well-established construction organisation, is looking for a proactive and highly organised individual to join their team in Dublin City Centre.

Key responsibilities include providing support to management, commercial, site liaison, and office teams, as well as overseeing various administrative tasks.

Required skills include a minimum of 3/4 years experience in senior office administration, experience in construction, and exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

  • Job Title: Senior Administrator
  • Location: Dublin City Centre
  • Salary: €45 K-50 K
  • Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (4:00 pm on Fridays)
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Providing support to management, commercial, site liaison, and office teams
    • Managing company administration, systems, and procedures
    • Overseeing Office Support, Business Management, Site Support, Tenders, Fleet Management, Employee Training, Health & Safety, and Sub-Contractors Document Control
    • Ensuring a high level of professionalism and discretion in all tasks
    • Maintaining clear communication with various departments to drive efficiency and quality
  • Required Skills:
    • Minimum of 3/4 years experience in senior office administration
    • Experience in construction is essential
    • Exceptional organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills
    • Ability to work independently and within a team
    • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
    • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
    • Knowledge of Quality and/or Health & Safety systems is advantageous
