Seeking a highly experienced Senior Administrator to manage office administration, systems, and procedures in a fast-paced construction environment.
Our client, a well-established construction organisation, requires a proactive and highly organised individual to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth management of various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to management, commercial, site liaison, and office teams
- Manage company administration, systems, and procedures
- Oversee Office Support, Business Management, Site Support, Tenders, Fleet Management, Employee Training, Health & Safety, and Sub-Contractors Document Control
- Maintain clear communication with various departments to drive efficiency and quality
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 3/4 years experience in senior office administration
- Experience in construction is essential
- Exceptional organisational, problem-solving and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of Quality and/or Health & Safety systems is advantageous
