Job Description As a Senior Document Controller in the Group Quality Department, you will play a pivotal role in our business operations, project development and implementation processes. You will work closely with the Group Quality Manager and the Quality Systems Manager as well as a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to deliver cutting-edge projects. This role can be based in one of our offices (Dublin, Kildare, Carlow or Cork). Additional information will be provided at a later stage. Duties include: Provide Document Control support to the Group Quality Team. Responsible for maintaining the Quality Management System and maintaining document and data systems for the current versions of ISO. Register and maintain Management System documents in the Groups electronic document management system. Work closely with document management & control in other areas of the Group to ensure procedures, standards and work instructions are maintained and modified as required. Draft processes, procedures and work instructions in English on behalf of the Group Quality subject matter experts for review and approval. Skills and Requirements: Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role in document control and record management. Degree qualified. Possess good knowledge in document control and management processes, standards and ISO standards. Excellent IT skills essential. Strong communication skills. Fluent in English with good written grammar. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Highly organised with strong attention to detail essential.
