We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant to lead our Finance Systems ecosystem in Dublin or Madrid. As an integral part of our Business Applications team, you will apply your knowledge in Dynamics 365, integrations, and Power Platform automations to drive significant Finance Transformation that supports our company's enterprise and business growth strategies. Responsibilities: Design and Implement Solutions: Develop and implement strong Dynamics 365 F&O solutions that meet business requirements, collaborating closely with Microsoft Ireland experts. Promote Innovation & Develop Strategy: Collaborate with critical team members to continuously improve our Finance systems strategy and implement transformative initiatives that bring significant value to the CFO. Lead Integrated Solutions: Manage the implementation of comprehensive technical solutions using Dynamics 365 and interconnected systems, utilising advanced tools. Manage Technical Delivery: Lead configuration and customisation of Dynamics F&O, working with the broader Microsoft stack (Power Platform, Azure, etc.). Develop Collaboration & Deliver Trusted Partnerships: Promote coordination between Technology and Finance to ensure our solutions deliver business value for our Finance and wider business needs. Manage Development Lifecycle: Lead the overall development process from design to deployment, building configuration-first solutions. Technical Expertise: Design complex technical solutions and integrations, supporting the team's digital transformation. Strategic Guidance: Keep close to the Microsoft (and wider) market for Finance Systems and offer strategic guidance, while investigating new features and techniques to optimise the existing systems. Collaborative Support: Offer support to colleagues by sharing insights and actively participating in meetings, effectively communicating technical solutions to business partners. Who are You: You are a highly skilled and shown professional with extensive expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O. You have a talent for translating technology and Finance systems into clear solutions for the team and business users. Your experience expands beyond F&O, including other Finance systems, integrations, and automations such as Power Automate, RPA, Power Apps, and Azure. As a professional, you thrive under pressure and take initiative to solve problems effectively. Your outstanding communication skills enable you to build connections with individuals, regardless of their technical background, and effectively explain complex solutions and decisions to ensure widespread understanding. Must have experience of the following: Dynamics 365 – F&O (Configuration and Support) D365 Integration Experience (AIS, Dataverse, etc.) Finance Experience (general finance process support) Experience with creating MS Dynamics workflows, administering finance departments (AP/AR/Revenue/etc.), Reporting, etc. Investigating and resolving complex MS Dynamics issues Extensive Knowledge of MS Dynamics administration, including creating system users and assigning security roles Demonstrable record of delivering applications from technical designs or specifications Client-facing experience and ability to talk to senior partners including gathering requirements Proficiency in team management, analysis, and documentation Ideally having: Experience of the following modules: Sales, General and Purchase Ledger, Credit & Collections, Budgeting, Projects, Cash & Bank, Tax, Fixed Assets, Management Reporter. Azure Services (particularly in relation to securing, integrating, and extending Power Platform and Dynamics solutions). Experience with communicating, configuration, customizations, and integration of additional modules (HR, Payroll, Sales, Customer Services, etc.) Configuration and customizations of MS Dynamics including Java Scripts, Web Services, Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.
