**Job Summary:** We are seeking a passionate and creative Montessori educator to join our team in Dundrum, Dublin 14, providing a safe and stimulating environment for children aged 3-12. **Job Description:** We are a small Montessori school based in Dundrum, Dublin 14. We are due to open our doors in January 2025. We have four classrooms that are split between Montessori in the morning and one Afterschool room in the afternoon. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure the individual needs of children are identified and met * Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times * Develop learning exercises and materials that cater to the needs of individual children * Create and maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment * Establish and build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues * Participate in school events **Requirements:** * Hold a Level 7 or 8 qualification in Montessori Education (minimum of Level 5) * Be passionate about Montessori education * Good understanding of the national frameworks of Aistear and Síolta * Certificates in Children First, First Aid, Manual Handling or HACCP * Excellent interpersonal skills * Ability to teach groups of children of varying ages, needs, and abilities * Patience, observational, and communication skills * Excellent planning and organizational skills * Ability to multitask, keep calm under pressure, and treat everyone with respect * Enthusiasm and creativity **Benefits:** * 21 Days Paid Annual leave + 10 Bank Holiday Pay * Statutory Sick Pay * Further training where necessary * Closed for two weeks over the Christmas period and two weeks in summer * Bike to Work Scheme * Team Social Events * Team Incentives * Staff Referral rewards
