Job Description
We are a small Montessori school in North Dublin seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Montessori Teacher. The ideal candidate will have a genuine caring nature, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a flair for arts and crafts. Key responsibilities include ensuring the individual needs of children are met, adhering to company policies, and creating a safe and stimulating classroom environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the individual needs of children are identified and met
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Develop learning exercises and materials for individual children
- Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment
- Establish positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
- Hold a Level 7 or 8 qualification in Montessori Education
- Be passionate about Montessori education
- Have good understanding of national frameworks Aistear and SÃolta
- Hold Certificates in Children First, First Aid, Manual Handling, and HACCP
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Be patient and able to multitask
