Key Responsibilities: Oversee the EHS E-filing system Drive continuous improvement and champion problem-solving initiatives Assist project managers with all aspects of EHS Prepare and communicate Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) Implement innovative safety initiatives on-site Manage incident investigations as needed and report per company/project standards, facilitating accident investigations and data compilation; collaborate with staff handling insurance and related matters Conduct and finalize EHS audits Collaborate closely with clients and proactively address all issues Coordinate inductions and maintain the training matrix Deliver Toolbox Talks (TBTs) Requirements: Proven 4 years minimum EHS construction Management experience Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Proficient user of MS office Excellent report writing skills Be meticulous in attention to documentation Work well within a team Location: Co.
