Requirements: * 5 years of experience in designing mechanical services, ideally in healthcare, education, and commercial sectors. * Degree in Building Services or Electrical Engineering. * Strong communication skills. * Full, clean driving license and access to a vehicle. Responsibilities: * Manage projects from inception to post-construction, overseeing junior engineers. * Ensure client needs are met through effective communication and technical expertise. * Manage stakeholders, including project managers and contractors. * Prepare proposals and bids for projects. * Collaborate with civil, structural, and mechanical engineers. * Demonstrate excellent communication and time management skills.
