Job Description
Electrical Engineers are sought after to join our office team, working on a portfolio of projects with high levels of responsibility, in a countryside setting.
The role offers flexible working arrangements, mentoring and development of junior engineers, and attractive remuneration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from an electrical perspective, analyzing complex engineering problems and offering effective solutions.
- Support fee and capital budget proposals, and assemble and manage bid, approval, and construction issue electrical packages.
- Monitor electrical engineering staff, check work for accuracy and quality, and undertake peer reviews.
- Have extensive and independent contact with clients, vendors, and project field personnel.
Qualifications:
- Third Level Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar discipline.
- 10+ years of formal experience in heavy industrial engineering design.
- Chartered or working towards chartered status.
- Demonstrable advanced experience in electrical engineering design services, including MV and LV power distribution, generators, UPS systems, and more.
- Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering codes, standards, and industry practices.
