ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Daylight/Sunlight & Overshadowing analysis.
- Wind/Microclimate assessments.
- Assessment of suitable systems for use, and relaying findings to client and wider design team.
- Part L/BER crosschecks in performance for preliminary designs/planning applications.
- Detailed design to practical completion phases.
- Knowledge of Irish and UK Building Regulations Part L.
- Knowledge of Building Energy Regulations including daylight/wind and Part L/BER requirements.
- Ability to work within a diverse team of engineers.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
