OverviewMicrosoft Cloud Operations & Innovation is seeking a Sr. Asset Manager, to support the global Energy Delivery team. The successful candidate will play an integral role in developing the processes and tools necessary to streamline our global operations.In this role, you will manage a large portfolio of global energy contracts. This role will provide asset management, contract management, program management, data management, invoice management, and business process execution, while working closely with key stakeholders to support Global Energy Management.In alignment with our Microsoft values, we are committed to cultivating an inclusive work environment for all employees to positively impact our culture every day.QualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, OR years equivalent experience. Experience in Asset Management and Contract Management,Experience in program management, process management, process improvement.Experience in Contract Management, Business Operations, ProcurementAn excellent ability to communicate clearly and effectively and build trust with colleagues.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Datacenter Energy contracts negotiation and administration.Experience with Datacenter Energy related program management.Contract management or administrative support background.Ability to work independently while maintaining all deadlines and critical date obligations.An excellent ability to drive clarity, alignment and action using Microsoft Office tools.Data Management experience.Organizational skills and the ability to anticipate the next steps for providing support.Well-spoken and strong written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills.Other Requirements Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
