**Senior Engineer/Assistant Principal Engineer (Project Management)**
**Job Summary:** Deliver projects on-time, within scope, and budget, with a focus on technical feasibility, resource allocation, and stakeholder collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**
• Deliver projects on-time, within scope, and budget
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility
• Secure resource availability and allocation
• Develop and monitor detailed project plans
• Skillfully manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs
• Measure and track project performance, reporting to management
• Foster strong client and stakeholder relationships, identify and mitigate risks, and continuously enhance leadership skills
**Qualifications**
• Proven working experience with 4 years in project management; leading project team is advantageous
• Experience in all stages of the project lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, design documentation, testing, rollout, and transition to Ops
• Experience in managing information systems projects
• Fundamental understanding of data analytics concepts and ethical artificial intelligence
• Experience in delivering projects for the defence sector will be a plus
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / CITPM certification is a plus
