Job Description
Senior Engineer (Drainage) sought for Sustainable Infrastructure team. Chartered Engineer with 7+ years' experience in drainage networks, hydrological assessment, and CAD documentation. Excellent communication and management skills required.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of drainage designs for infrastructure projects.
Design of drainage networks, ponds, attenuation, and SuDs.
Lead hydrological and flood risk assessment for various sites.
Working knowledge of modelling software such as Info Drainage, Micro Drainage, Causeway Flow, and/or Autodesk Storm and Sewer.
Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering.
7+ years post-graduate experience in Civil Engineering.
Chartered Engineer status, or in the process of achieving Chartered status.
Experienced in the design of highway drainage systems, including SuDs.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Fitness for the Role:
Excellent communication, management, analytical, and organisational skills.
Experience working and coordinating with technical specialists and engineers.
Ability to adopt and work to new procedures and systems quickly.
Willingness to travel to site visits and client meetings.
