**Senior Drainage Engineer Required for Sustainable Infrastructure Team** A Chartered Engineer with experience in designing and delivering drainage networks for highway, active travel, and urban development projects is sought to join a dynamic multi-disciplinary engineering practice. **Job Description** Fehily Timoney and Company (FT) is a leading Irish-owned consulting firm with expertise in Sustainable Infrastructure. The successful candidate will lead the delivery of drainage designs for infrastructure projects, including highways, active travel, greenway, renewable energy, and urban development projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and lead the delivery of drainage networks, ponds, attenuation, and SuDs for various projects * Conduct hydrological and flood risk assessments for sites * Work with modelling software such as Info Drainage, Micro Drainage, Causeway Flow, and Autodesk Storm and Sewer * Plan and manage CAD documentation, collaborating with CAD technicians * Supervise and monitor junior staff within the Sustainable Infrastructure sector * Prepare technical reports, tender documents, and proposal documents * Attend onsite meetings with clients and other professionals * Ensure projects are delivered to agreed timescales, quality, and costs **Requirements** * Degree in Civil Engineering * 7 years of post-graduate experience in Civil Engineering * Chartered Engineer status or in the process of achieving Chartered status * Experience in designing highway drainage systems, including SuDs * Familiarity with AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus * Excellent communication, management, analytical, and organisational skills * Ability to work with technical specialists and engineers * Experience working in a consulting engineering or similar company * Ability to adapt to new procedures and systems quickly * Full driving licence **Company Culture** Fehily Timoney and Company champions diversity, inclusion, and employee wellbeing through ongoing programs.
