The successful candidate will be responsible for engineering solutions using platforms such as SCCM/Intune, JAMF and other End user computing platforms. The post holder will be required to engage with Business users and other teams across the enterprise to ensure that the platform meets the requirements of the organization. The Senior Engineer role will require liaison with other solutions trains, IT stakeholders, Security and other users.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESWork with the existing team to ensure the platform is highly availableImplement new platforms with architectureWork with the team to evolve the platform and implement recommendationsScale the existing platform to support the enterpriseProvide training to Service desk & site support team membersAct as a point of escalation for other support teamsWork with stakeholders to identify their needsContinue to stay up to date with new technologiesEnsure a seamless user experience across the platformInvolvement in planningExperience, Education and Skills:Required:5 years of experience working on SCCM/Intune in an enterprise environment5 years of experience in PowerShellAbility to manage and maintain:Collections, Site System role deployments including DP & PXEBoundary ManagementIntune & Co ManagementStrong Cyber Security Design and Engineering Skillset essentialKnowledgeable across multiple cybersecurity tools and features pertaining to end-user computing devices.Ability to partake and lead on cross collaboration team meetingsWindows Server OS troubleshootingSQL server troubleshooting & maintenanceSoftware patch management & client supportAdvanced PowerShell and other scripting experience considered highly advantageousDesirable:Reporting with Power BIExperience with Zero Trust frameworkAutopilotExperience with MDM PlatformsIntuneCitrix Endpoint ManagementNexthinkKnowledge of Agile/Scrum management practicesUnderstanding of DevOps conceptsSystems integration experienceStrong Troubleshooting SkillsSAFe AgileExperience in managing requirements in a fast-paced and changing business environment.Experience of working effectively within a team-oriented and collaborative environment.Excellent Communication Skills.At McKesson, we care about the well-being of the patients and communities we serve, and that starts with caring for our people.
