**Senior Engineer, End User Computing** **Job Summary:** Experienced Senior Engineer required to design and implement end-user computing solutions using platforms such as SCCM/Intune, JAMF, and other related technologies. **Job Description:** You will be responsible for engineering solutions using platforms such as SCCM/Intune, JAMF and other End user computing platforms. The post holder will engage with Business users and other teams across the enterprise to ensure that the platform meets the requirements of the organisation. **Key Responsibilities:** • Work with the existing team to ensure the platform is highly available • Implement new platforms with architecture • Work with the team to evolve the platform and implement recommendations • Scale the existing platform to support the enterprise • Provide training to Service desk & site support team members • Act as a point of escalation for other support teams • Work with stakeholders to identify their needs • Continue to stay up to date with new technologies • Ensure a seamless user experience across the platform • Involvement in planning **Required Skills:** • 5 years of experience working on SCCM/Intune in an enterprise environment • 5 years of experience in Power Shell • Ability to manage and maintain: + Collections + Site System role deployments including DP & PXE + Boundary Management + Intune & Co Management • Strong Cyber Security Design and Engineering Skillset essential • Knowledgeable across multiple cybersecurity tools and features pertaining to end-user computing devices **Nice to Have:** • Reporting with Power BI • Experience with Zero Trust framework • Autopilot • Experience with MDM Platforms Intune • Citrix Endpoint Management • Nexthink • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum management practices • Understanding of Dev Ops concepts • Systems integration experience • Strong Troubleshooting Skills • SAFe Agile • Experience in managing requirements in a fast paced and changing business environment • Experience of working effectively within a team orientated and collaborative environment • Excellent Communication Skills
