We are seeking an experienced industrial engineer to join our team in Limerick. The ideal candidate will analyze operations, design workflows and production processes, and implement improvements to maximize productivity.
About the Role:
- Analyze operations and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and implementation
- Develop and enhance capacity and headcount models for operations
- Design production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste
- Develop production standards across operations
- Map inventory flow and optimize flow and pull within and between manufacturing cells
- Design manufacturing layouts for efficiency
- Apply visual factory concepts
About the Candidate:
- Honors degree in industrial engineering or related field required
- Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, and standards; semiconductor manufacturing experience an advantage
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Documentation and organization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Quick learning capability
- Strong sense of work ethics
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
