A Senior Engineer position has become available in the End User Computing team due to the continued expansion and deployment of Microsoft SCCM & Intune within the enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for engineering solutions using platforms such as SCCM/Intune, JAMF, and other End user computing platforms, engaging with Business users and other teams across the enterprise to ensure the platform meets the requirements of the organization. The Senior Engineer will require liaison with other solutions trains, IT stakeholders, Security, and other users, working with the existing team to ensure the platform is highly available, implementing new platforms with architecture, and evolving the platform and implementing recommendations. Key responsibilities include:
- Work with the existing team to ensure the platform is highly available
- Implement new platforms with architecture
- Work with the team to evolve the platform and implement recommendations
- Scale the existing platform to support the enterprise
- Provide training to Service desk & site support team members
- Act as a point of escalation for other support teams
- Work with stakeholders to identify their needs
- Continue to stay up to date with new technologies
- Ensure a seamless user experience across the platform
- Involvement in planning
- 5 years of experience working on SCCM/Intune in an enterprise environment
- 5 years of experience in Power Shell
- Ability to manage and maintain:
- Collections, Site System role deployments including DP & PXE
- Boundary Management
- Intune & Co Management
- Strong Cyber Security Design and Engineering Skillset essential
- Knowledgeable across multiple cybersecurity tools and features pertaining to end-user computing devices
- Ability to partake and lead on cross collaboration team meetings
- Windows Server OS troubleshooting
- SQL server troubleshooting & maintenance
- Software patch management & client support
- Advanced Power Shell and other scripting experience considered highly advantageous
- Reporting with Power BI
- Experience with Zero Trust framework
- Autopilot
- Experience with MDM Platforms
- Intune
- Citrix Endpoint Management
- Nexthink
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum management practices
- Understanding of Dev Ops concepts
- Systems integration experience
