Senior Engineer - End User Computing role seeks experienced professional to design and implement Microsoft SCCM & Intune solutions, ensuring high availability and seamless user experience.

As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for engineering solutions using platforms such as SCCM/Intune, JAMF, and other End User Computing platforms, engaging with Business users and other teams across the enterprise.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working with the existing team to ensure the platform is highly available
- Implementing new platforms with architecture
- Evolution of the platform and implementing recommendations
- Scaling the existing platform to support the enterprise
- Providing training to Service desk & site support team members
- Acting as a point of escalation for other support teams
- Working with stakeholders to identify their needs
- Continuing to stay up to date with new technologies
- Ensuring a seamless user experience across the platform
- Involvement in planning
Experience, Education and Skills:
- 5 years of experience working on SCCM/Intune in an enterprise environment
- 5 years of experience in PowerShell
- Ability to manage and maintain:
- Collections, Site System role deployments including DP & PXE
- Boundary Management
- Intune & Co Management
- Strong Cyber Security Design and Engineering Skillset essential
- Knowledgeable across multiple cybersecurity tools and features pertaining to end-user computing devices
- Ability to partake and lead on cross collaboration team meetings
- Windows Server OS troubleshooting
- SQL server troubleshooting & maintenance
- Software patch management & client support
- Advanced PowerShell and other scripting experience considered highly advantageous
Desirable:
- Reporting with Power BI
- Experience with Zero Trust framework
- Autopilot
- Experience with MDM Platforms
