Senior Engineer Job In Dublin

Senior Engineer (Residential) role in North Dublin, Finglas, with a leading residential developer undertaking multiple residential developments across Dublin/Leinster area.

Our client is a prominent residential developer with a strong presence in the Dublin/Leinster area, undertaking multiple residential developments.

Responsibilities

• Review design drawings and raise queries as required.
• Attend Design Team Meetings and review design documents, resolving any design issues.
• Communicate approved technical submittals to trade and finishing teams.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and service providers to ensure testing and commissioning timelines are met.
• Ensure works are executed in compliance with Building Regulations, design documents, and applicable standards.
• Lead on technical submittals, benchmarks, and inspection management, ensuring Quality assurance policies are followed.
• Ensure BCAR compliance.
• Liaise with third-party stakeholders, including Irish Water, ESB, and local authorities.
• Chair site and construction team meetings.
