Job Summary: Site Based Senior Engineer for a large Residential Project with a leading Main Contractor in Ireland. 7+ years experience in Construction methods and technologies required.
- Deliver capital projects on budget and to schedule.
- Comply with Health & Safety aspects.
- Oversee subcontractors and site personnel.
- Collate progress reports and ensure all relevant information is collected.
- Comply with Health & Safety aspects of the project.
- Report directly to the Company directors.
- Delivery of capital projects on budget and to schedule.
- Reviewing tenders with operations team.
- Preparing necessary documents for tender submissions.
- Planning and programming of work.
- Creating and delivering contract documents.
- Overseeing subcontractors and commercial agreements.
- 7+ years experience in Construction methods and technologies.
- Main contractors experience.
- Degree/Honours degree qualification in Engineering.
- Excellent eye for detail.
- Highly skilled in MS Project/AutoCad/Revit.
