Job Description
Develop software solutions for Ericsson's Orchestrator Lifecycle Manager (EO LM) to manage Container Network Function (CNF) based networks in Kubernetes environments.
EO LM is a cutting-edge solution that streamlines orchestration for Kubernetes and Git Ops, providing a single source of truth in Git repositories and automating lifecycle management.
This hybrid position is based at Ericsson's Ireland Athlone Office, where you will work on designing, building, and testing software solutions, collaborating with various teams, and analyzing detailed requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing requirements from Solution Architects, Business Leaders, and Service Delivery Engineers
- Designing, building, and testing software solutions
- Participating in technical studies and prototype development
- Collaborating with teams on various sites
Requirements:
- MSc or BSc degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field
- Strong knowledge of Cloud Architecture, Design principles, and best practices
- Experience with technologies like REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Helmfile, Service Mesh, and Database technologies
- Git Ops and Dev Ops knowledge and experience
- Experience in Linux OS and solid knowledge in Linux standard command line and programs
- Strongly interested in building well-operational software systems
- Development experience in Go Lang
- Experience in metrics and logs aggregation and analysis
- Understanding of Git and CI/CD concept
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Precision, persistence, reliability, stress tolerance, openness for new technologies
- Real team player
