**Residential Project Engineer Opportunity**
Highly skilled project engineers are required to lead residential development projects in North Dublin, with a focus on design, construction, and quality assurance.
**Job Description:**
* Review and raise design queries on technical drawings and specifications.
* Attend design team meetings to discuss and review project documentation.
* Communicate technical information to trade and finishing teams.
* Coordinate with subcontractors and service providers to ensure timely completion of projects.
* Ensure compliance with building regulations, design documents, and applicable standards.
* Oversee quality assurance policies and lead technical submittals, benchmarks, and inspection management.
* Liaise with third-party stakeholders, including Irish Water, ESB, and local authorities.
* Chair site and construction team meetings.
* Previous experience in residential projects is essential.
