- Oversee Temporary Works Management, and coordinate with third-party stakeholders.
- Mentor and lead a talented engineering team, shaping their growth and development.
- Champion value engineering and push for design efficiencies.
- Manage site records, drawings, and documentation, ensuring everything is up to standard.
5+ years of engineering experience with a track record of delivering high-quality projects.
- HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player who thrives in collaborative settings and is passionate about mentoring others.
