Senior Engineer Job In Dublin

Senior Engineer (Residential) in North Dublin: €75-80k + benefits package, responsible for residential projects in Dublin/Leinster area.

Our client is a leading residential developer undertaking multiple projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review design drawings and raise RFIs as required.
• Attend Design Team Meetings and review design documents.
• Communicate approved technical submittals to trade and finishing team.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and service providers.
• Ensure works comply with Building Regulations and design documents.
• Lead on technical submittals, benchmarks, and inspection management.
• Liaise with third-party stakeholders, including Irish Water and local authorities.
• Chair site and construction team meetings.
