What You'll Do: Lead on-site health and safety management, ensuring the highest standards. Collaborate in design meetings, refining drawings and resolving key issues. Manage subcontractors to ensure timely testing, commissioning, and compliance with Building Regulations. Drive quality control across inspections and tackle site issues as they arise. Oversee Temporary Works Management, and coordinate with third-party stakeholders. Mentor and lead a talented engineering team, shaping their growth and development. Champion value engineering and push for design efficiencies. Manage site records, drawings, and documentation, ensuring everything is up to standard. Who You Are: 5+ years of engineering experience with a track record of delivering high-quality projects. HETAC Level 8 Engineering qualification. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
