My client, aLeading Main Contractor in Dublin, is seeking an experiencedSenior Engineer with housing experience to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on award-winning, multi-million-euro projects with a prestigious main contractor. Responsibilities: Review and update project designs and schedules for buildability, and report issues to the Project Manager. Ensure adequate engineering and technical resources are available and provide leadership to engineering staff. Liaise with the design team to secure necessary construction information Monitor and challenge the project Programme to enhance commercial benefits and oversee dimensional control. Submit technical submissions and generate Inspection and Test Plan Schedules. Conduct inspections and audits, and manage subcontractor scopes and temporary works. Participate in engineering meetings, report on package values, and ensure design coordination for building services. Enforce quality control measures and oversee the snagging process Requirements: Relevant Engineering Degree. Minimum of 8 years experience with a Main Contractor in Ireland or the UK, including housing projects. Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, excellent communication skills, and experience in a fast-moving environment.
