At Egis Engineering we design and operate roads, railway, bus and active travel systems, water and energy infrastructure, buildings and structures. The responsibilities of this position are as follows: Leading Transportation Structures team on projects Managing delivery of design. Client and Stakeholder interfacing Reporting to Service Line Lead and other senior management Directing, Mentoring & Training junior staff. The essential skills and qualifications are as follows: Essential: Bridge and Transportation Structures Design through all TII Project Phases Proficient in bridge modelling software such as Midas Civil Design of concrete, steel, and composite bridges Structural modelling and analysis Project management, design team management and training Desirable: Bridge Inspections Bridge Remedial Design Parametric Modelling Preparation of contract documents and BOQs Construction Supervision Design of steel/concrete elements in building and civil structures ITS Civils Design Rail, Tunnelling, Ports
