My client is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to join their team in Louth, specialising in housing projects. Key Responsibilities: Project Oversight: Lead engineering activities on housing projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and quality standards. Setting out duties. Provide guidance to site teams and subcontractors, resolving engineering-related issues. Work with project managers, architects, and stakeholders to meet project objectives. Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and schedules. Site Inspections: Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure health and safety compliance. Key Requirements: Relevant Engineering Degree. 5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in housing projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods and regulations. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
