This role is part of our dedicated Infrastructure Support team. You will need to have a broad technical background with good communication skills, an eagerness to learn, and previous experience in a similar role.Job ResponsibilitiesProviding 2nd and 3rd Level Support to a broad range of clients and technologies across datacentres, M365, cloud, and Security.Accepting escalations from Level 1 engineers and customers.Working with the team and management to develop processes and solutions.Reviewing customer environments for areas of improvement and health checks.Responsible for ensuring compliance with all ISMS Policies and Procedures within Presidio and supporting the ISMS continuous improvement process.Required SkillsAbility to communicate well with all levels of staff at client sites.Take ownership of technical problems, seeing them through to resolution.Quickly build rapport and gain client confidence.Work individually and as part of a team.Be able to follow company procedures and methods.Available to work out of hours/weekends if necessary.Logical thinker.Proven track record in troubleshooting and problem-solving.Utilize all tools available to resolve 95% of issues at first contact.Ability to quickly learn new products.Good communication skills.Good knowledge of the ITIL framework.Education And ExperienceMinimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.Understanding of Server and Storage hardware.Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019.Microsoft Active Directory.Hypervisor – VMware.Microsoft 365.Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp.Firewall/Routers – Fortigate, Cisco.WAN configurations – SSL VPN, Site to Site VPNs Routing/NAT configurations.Backup Solutions – Veeam + Rubrik.MCSA – Windows Server/Office 365.VCP – VMware.CCNA - Helpful/Beneficial.Azure Qualifications – Beneficial.Security Qualifications - Beneficial.About PresidioPresidio is committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the highest levels and has strengthened its drive to build and drive systemic DE&I change processes across all levels of the organization.
