Process Automation Engineer
A skilled Process Automation Engineer is required to work as a member of the Process Automation Department at Eli Lilly, Limerick. The successful candidate will provide automation support for automated process equipment across the Limerick site.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day operation's support for automated equipment and skid vendor proprietary equipment.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Operations personnel to troubleshoot issues, make changes to the control systems, and respond to system events.
- Provide subject matter expertise for automated system design, development, installation, testing, validation, and support.
Key Skills:
- 5 years working experience in Biopharma engineering, operations, or manufacturing.
- Experience with Siemens PLC/HMI configuration (S7 1500s), IPCs, TIA portal, Win CC, and IGel technology.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
- Strong ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and computer system validation.
