The Scientific Instruments end market is focused on transforming molecules into insights in applications such as food safety, air and water quality, drug discovery and development as well as genetic sciences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in amplifiers, analog circuits, reliability testing, fab process, test engineering and bench validation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute test plans against a set of product requirements and specifications.
  • Oversee qualification testing of new product and package technologies per Joint Electron Device Engineering Council (JEDEC) standards.
  • Analyze manufacturing statistics to perform correlation analysis between fab process and yield.
  • Review and implement statistical process controls to identify process deviations.
  • Perform rigorous characterization data analysis using statistical methodologies for silicon characterization.
  • Integrate the activities of global cross-functional teams to develop products from design through release and high-volume production.

Requirements:

  • BS or MS degree in EE or ECE or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Engineer or related discipline.
  • Proven track record of leadership and mentorship of young engineers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and an understanding of statistical analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work to aggressive schedules.
  • Commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
