Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Escalation Engineer to resolve complex customer issues and provide technical expertise to our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve escalated customer issues with minimal oversight from management.
  • Prioritize work items based on customer requirements and technical expertise.
  • Act as a resource for less senior team members, providing technical guidance and support.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders, documenting issues and providing solutions.
  • Participate in training new team members and contribute to knowledge base development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical customer support environment or field experience, working in enterprise-level environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on operating system resource management and debugging.
  • Experience with Windows Server, DNS, firewall/DMZ configuration, LDAP/Active Directory & ActiveSync, and cloud-based SaaS products.
