Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Escalation Engineer for a leading multinational software company in Dublin. Responsibilities include resolving customer issues, prioritizing work, and acting as a technical interface between customers and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities:
- Resolve escalated customer issues with minimal oversight.
- Self-prioritize work items based on customer requirements.
- Act as a resource for less senior team members.
- Serve as a technical interface between customers and engineering teams.
- Provide problem report prioritization for the Engineering team.
- Write and review technical articles and case studies.
- Participate in training new team members.

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a technical customer support environment.
- Experience in Windows Server, DNS, Firewall/DMZ configuration, LDAP/Active Directory & ActiveSync.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
