Job Description
Senior Estimator required for a leading Main Building Contractor to work in Galway. The successful Senior Estimator will be responsible for of a range large scale Residential & Commercial Projects. Duties: Interpret tender documentation, including drawings and specifications. Coordinate in-house tender presentations. Conduct site visits for project evaluations. Organize pricing packages for consultants, subcontractors, and materials. Manage tender process, including queries, clarifications, and risk assessment. Requirements: Third level degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering. The Senior Estimator must have 7+ years experience working as an estimator for a main building contractor. Main contractor background with onsite experience.
